Bargain Hunting

I went out to run some errands today and ran into some Bargains:

Target:
The clearance inside aisles of Target stores usually have clearance and mark downs. In our Target today in the baby section I found the large boxes of Pull Ups (usually $22) marked down half off, $11. Pretty good deal. It's always good to stock up to make your life a little more convenient.
Also, Halloween costumes were 30% off.

Big Lots:
If you have a Big Lots, it's a good place to find some bargains. Recently, Big Lots has bought out some stuff from Rite Aid. They have gone from 30%, 50% and now to 90% off the marked price. Our Big Lots didn't have much....but it's worth a look if you need to go by.

Then I checked the mail:

Snapfish (http://www.snapfish.com):
I received a "catalog" in the mail today. 35% off all cards, books and calendars until October 31st with the coupon code: FALL35

Chadwicks (http://www.chadwicks.com):
In case you ever shop online with Chadwicks...here's a coupon code for you: CH17619
This gets you $25 off ($75 or more) and $4.99 shipping.

HERE'S THE BIGGIE BARGAIN:

Linens N Things is going out of business (bankrupt) and closing all it's stores.
The savings aren't incredible yet (10-30% off everything), but they will get there.
It would be a great way to splurge on some high thread count sheets!!

Coupon tips

$$$$

Okay, I used to think coupons are such a waste of time.
But they are so much fun!! Really!
Just get a little organized and they really pay off.

Only clip coupons for things you use... or search online for the things you really use and find coupons. Example: pampers!!... ladies you know we should all have stock in pampers!!

If you check out the newest sale papers online: Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens ... you can really maximize your savings by hanging onto your coupons for when your items are on sale.

Especially when Publix has their items Buy One Get One Free...
I love Publix!!

Also, if you have a little one on formula...Go to the website and register to get their rebate checks...Usually $5 each.

Example: I use Similac. I stock up on the checks and use them whenever I have coupons. I buy the Ready to Feed bottles...so easy... and use the checks and coupons... Usually getting money back to add to savings on the rest of my groceries.

Also, search Ebay for the rebate checks...You are not supposed to sell on Ebay (wink wink), but they are all over there. If you are cautious to not bid too high...you are still getting a great bargain!!

Prints

Shutterfly Special

I'm a big fan of Shutterly, Snapfish, etc...but I hate paying shipping. I'm always checking out the latest offers and will pass them along.

For the next week or so, Shutterfly is offering free shipping with a $25 or more purchase. Use the code 29AUTUMN. This is the perfect opportunity to order some prints and send them out to Grandma!
